Its the questions and answers forum :v They're faction crimes. Don't worry too.much about the lower crimes. They are not worth much, but still best practice to stay available in torn when they're gonna be ready. Political assassination, highest OC, …
Yes this is something your faction plans based on your NNB (Natural Nerve Bar) and when it is ready they will initiate it and you and your team will pass or fail and if you pass your team gains respect and cash for the faction. If you fail you usually are hospitalized for a few hours!

I would like to add some tidbits I have learned.
1.)If you have an organized crime that's being planned for you, you can't travel anywhere if it's too close to it being ready. (Example: You are going to kidnap someone in 6 hours. You could not travel to SA because it would take you 7 hours to make it back. But you could go to Mexico because it'll only take you about 30min to an hour to go there and come back.
2.)Certain things will cause your organized crime to not be able to go off.
•If you idled in a foreign country, you will have to fly back before your organized crime can happen.
•If you are hospitalized, you must get out before you can do organized crime, even if it is ready.
•If you are in jail, you must get out before you can do organized, even if it is ready
3.)Factions often have rules against letting your organized crime go incomplete for certain amounts of time. (Varies by faction)

It's basically faction based crimes that take days to plan. No crime experience loss on failure but does have the possibility of jail or hosp time if not successful.
Yes you can but you shouldn't eventhough no body cares about bomb threats or black mail. Only give 1-10 respects and pennies anyway. During halloween and elimination be patience when your friends are unavailable for OC unless you are in PA team. People can be stuck in hospital with max medical cd and low chance of revive. People can fly to save up their med cd coz no other choice. Those are annual and big events anyway.
Reason why I reply you on this matter is because I have seen so many young players got kicked out from their factions over low rate OC and some nag to their friends regarding these OC which is meh.

People get kicked due to bomb threats? Lmao
If your faction requires discipline on OCs, you better be disciplined on OCs. Get your ass back to Torn when your OC is ready. Otherwise just quit and join some other faction with more lax requirements.
One person not willing to follow rules shouldn't inconvenience a whole faction committed to a goal.
