My Title has been Scavenger for almost 2 years now... but I only ever search the dump during the Christmas Event.. I am an active Reviver, and my revive rank has risen 556 places this month only (and we are only 6 days into the month).. My revive rank is higher than my scavenger rank, according to Torn Tools, So why am I still a Scavenger?

Tornstats is not accurate in the sense that it only accounts for signed up players and doesn't filter out Inactives. You can see this yourself by comparing your own Revives rank in Torn and on Tornstats. You are a Scavenger because your rank for Item searches is better than Revives, this is not displayed publicly but there's no reason that the system will just stop working for you.
