    Sometimes it do be like that. City finds are not a guarantee, and higher awareness doesn't guarantee items only improves the odds. a 40% boost to 0 is still 0. There's no bug here, city finds are working just fine.

Last week, I found a huge cache of items in the city. This week, barely any items. I have 40% Awareness, but I am not finding any items.

Those items you found last week would have spawned over an extended period of time since you last picked items up in the city.

City find spawns aren't regular - I have 5/10 merit upgrades on awareness and can go 5-6 days without any items spawning on the map but I've also had some days with 3-5 items spawning on the same day.
