Minor bug, but still worth reporting. Only happened once so I don't know if it was one time or not. I recently quit a player-run company after receiving my daily job points, and then joined the Army job. At 24:00 TCT, I received the job points for that day in the Army job. It appears to be possible to receive both company and city job points by re-doing this. It does not occur when leaving a city job and joining the same city job.

The issue was handled in this report. Per your logs, I don't see any duplicate job points payout on the same day.
Additionally, there's no job points cron that runs at 24:00 TCT, everything runs between 6 PM - 7 PM TCT. So the only explanation is that you are miscalculating or misremembering something.
