I'm wondering if happy has any substantial or any impact at all for OC success rates. (Assuming the team isn't at the max success rate already) *im actually not too sure if OC's have a success rate cap either* thanks in advance! :D

Only thing that affects OC success is crime experience and Law Firm 7* perk
