Been having an on and off issue that seems to be going on several days this time now. I can chat with all users except https://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=2575614.
We both are experiencing the issue. It started yesterday and has continued into today. Email, money and item sends work fine. But the chat system does not. We have both checked and neither of us are blocked.
We both can chat to any other user directly without issues. Faction, Company and Global chat also work as expected.
Steps taken so far include:
Is there any other suggestion that we can take to try to resolve this?

Steps taken so far include:
- Going to the people icon and under recent, clicking the X beside each other to clear the chat (as suggested in https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=19&t=16247778&b=0&a=0&start=0&to=21898463)
- Unfriending and refriending
- tried both Chrome (old and recently patched) and Firefox
- cleared the cache
- tried different devices 2 separate laptops, phone (both app and browser)
- cleared the cache on the android app
- rebooted all devices
- ad block disabled/Torn Tools removed
- logged out of all devices and relogged back into one only. Tried reinitiating chat, clearing the people option again.
Is there any other suggestion that we can take to try to resolve this?
