It's a game that you can play with a deck of Tarot cards, or rather a special deck that looks just like your regular deck but has 25 additional cards - 4 Knights (1 rank between a Jester and a Queen) and 21 picture cards, so it's exactly like your usual Tarot deck but more easy to read.
The rules are similar to the game of Hearts but kinda in reverse - you want to get all the tricks instead of giving them all to the opponents. Otherwise it's all the same - the high card takes the trick, the picture cards are the highest.
It's long and it's boring and the rules of counting points use decimal numbers. Which is why it's mostly played in France and Canada.
The only shtick is that you can play it with Tarot cards and so if you're going through your wiccan phase and have your Craft crew of goth friends, you can make it like your thing.
