Tis will depend on your faction's branch upgrade
Base amount is 75energy, all the way down to 25energy once fully upgraded by faction

This and you will need do revives to grind you skill up to where your faction would like it.

Yes the skill will follow you forever.. lol BUT their is a skill level to reach 100 and it takes around 2000 or more I can't remember anymore revier to reach. Get into a revive faction each revive will only cost you 25 e and not the 75e.
Starting out you will be to low of a level to really help anyone so give free revives . When you go to revive someone you will be shown a window show what your change of revie will be. If you have any other question you can come find me.

Much more (have 1k successful ones and done the first page all the time during the journey to 1k merit :D)
