During Christmas event the drops in City map are rewoked? Because i have the +200% merits and +10% from education in awarness, and since the Christmas Town event I found nothing in City map

Nope, drops are as normal. You might just be on an unlucky streak
Worth noting too that awareness doesn't increase the value of items, just the quantity. So you'll get 3 bricks, rather than 2 bricks and an SE, as a slightly exaggerated example

Just to kind of reword this, awareness merits let you find more items, not more valuable items.
Awareness is also a very long term passive income merit. In my experience between 0/10 merits and 10/10 merits, I've found around ~100-150 items a year with 0/10 and ~250-300 a year with 10/10. It can take months before you start noticing a difference, and even then only if you actually take a step back and look at your items found over a long period of time rather than just getting frustrated over the times when you aren't getting anything.
Since each item spawn's value is determined individually, your odds of getting a high value item(or multiple) increase drastically when you go from 100 draws to 300 draws, but in both cases you can still end up in dry spells where you might go a week or longer without finding anything at all.
Also, the only even that effects city finds happens around the 3rd week of January.
