You know price can Automatically be up dated based on last time certain item is being bought. It's mechanism in torn pricelist like tornexchange to protect traders from buying a crashing item price.

I’ve made mistakes:
copy/pasting the right amount but not having enough cash on hand as rest was in ghost trade.
Price list updating when some N00b did a stupid low price, which then makes my price stupid low.
I told him what I was paying and he agreed.
Then he finished the trade went on. Comes back after a few mins and calls me a scammer lol.
If he did not want that offer he could just say No.

Was you selling stuff generated in xmas town? Their market values always tank at this time of year. Lots of blind rabid field mice undersell their stuff at this time of year.
On price lists. To be honest im not a fan of them. They have to be up to date or there is no point in having the price list. I have a price list in my head its not public.
On consumables i always look at current market values before i make a offer. If you are selling stuff generated in xmas town and you want to sell it today you will get a poor offer compared to what you could sell it for a couple of months from now.
Dont sell you christmas stuff now unless you really do need the cash now.
Most traders are scum, but Nihar’s alright. He gave you an offer and you agreed to it. It’s a seller’s responsibility to ensure they’re getting the price they really want for their goods.

Most traders arent scum. But they do want to make money.. ie they want their 5% profit. on every deal maybe more.
If you want top $ for your stuff you have to sell it yourself on your bazaar.
Traders provide a service. Instant cash for your stuff. You can ALWAYS get more if you sell it yourself, not a lot more in most cases but you can get more if you sell it yourself. But it may not be instant cash if you sell it yourself. You could be waiting minutes, hours or even days if you sell it yourself on your bazaar. You will get more money but you have to wait.
Traders give instant cash for stuff. A good service. But you have to have your eyes open. Yes the trader is making money when you deal with them. But getting the cash instantly is a good service which traders provide.
Nihar is a great trader! I traded with him personally, he’s very friendly. I don’t think he scammed you, like come on you agreed to the prices yourself and traders are not cash generators. They are real people who struggle for money, and it’s 5% profit or something. Seeing the noobs make shit threads and complain here is no good. Besides, traders offer you instant cash without the hustle of waiting on the market for something to buy ur stuff and the risk of buy-mugging.
