I don't think there's anyway to show who is mugging you. Just keep your money low so it reduces how much they get from you. Hopefully they'll soon get bored of it.

Have a friend sit on your 'attack' page (the page after you click the little gun on a profile)

Providing you aren't defeated in one hit your friend will be able to see your attackers name next time if they are on that page as the attack happens

Lewiss has the best idea. Alternatively, less reliable options are equipping a light to your primary (reduces enemy stealth), or, if they are using the same weapon all the time and you have a suspicion who it is, you can attack that person and see if they have that weapon equipped. This of course doesn't confirm it but would be suspicious if their weapon matched (unless it's something very common like a DBK or arma.)
