    You can filter based on the action. Add the log or cat parameter, the values can be seen through the api as well: torn/logcategories (cat), torn/logtypes (log). So "&log=5750,5751,5755,5756" would give you only enemy list add/remove and friend list add/remove. …

I've looked at User > Log but it only returns 100 results in the call...Am I looking at the wrong log option?

It's not hitting the rate 'cos it's just the one call.

You can filter based on the action. Add the log or cat parameter, the values can be seen through the api as well: torn/logcategories (cat), torn/logtypes (log). So "&log=5750,5751,5755,5756" would give you only enemy list add/remove and friend list add/remove. This will also give you 100, you'll need to use the to=<unix timestamp> parameter to get more.
