Are there any other perks to boost experience gained grinding level 100's besides the +25% experience Book?
Also, is there any guides on how many level 100 takes down to grind to level 100? I remember people posting in the past how many hits it took for each level in the 90's.

Yeah, we have a weapon with the bonus "Proficience" which boosts XP gains from attacks by 22%. Not sure what the range is, but ours is 22!

Without any boosts Levels 90 - 99 are ~250 attacks on a 100 each, the last level takes ~625
