Earlier today I placed a bet on Barcelona v Real Madrid - Super Cup 2020/2021 (Spain Cup 2) -$24.9M for Real Madrid to win and they won the score was 2-3 us winning. so after the game, I went to bookie to claim my money and it says I lost the bet and that the game ended with a draw but it wasn't a draw.

If the bookie provides a draw option, then you are only betting on Regular time + Stoppage time. The match ended in a Draw.

If Extra Time and Penalties are being considered, the bookie wouldn't say Ordinary Time bet and there would be no Draw option.

This is a standard practice across all major betting websites.

Thanks!
