Making bank on Finder's Keepers is really a crapshoot of whether you find at least one high value(400m+) item or not.

When I used it, I found 1 SE the entire month. Without it, I would have made a similar amount as you have. Remember that awareness only affects the chance for ANY item to spawn, and has no effect on the value of the items that spawn.

i had less quantity of items during awareness week than before and after.

Finders Keepers is just something that i'd like to forget

If it puts salt in the wound, I used my finders keepers book in December knowing most would go and wait until January to use it.

I found 2 SEs and a book among other lower value items.

Purely anecdotal but there does seem to be a cap on how much good stuff can be found…
