I placed a bounty on a player with the reason being: <Insert RickRoll Here>

LIterally with the brackets.

The output is this: 03:19:20 - 05/02/22 You placed 10x $100,000 bounties on CommittedBadass for a cost of $1,500,000 : <insert rickroll="RickRoll" here="Here">

Not sure what it attempted to convert it to, but it doesn't look correct.
