Just use the plunder weapon for at least the final hit and mug as usual and it will give you the normal mug Value you generate plus the additional %
It added to your base mug rate?
So if you would normally mug 1,000,000 it would mug 1,240,000?

No I just checked and via cloudjumper is additive.
"The bonus is additive, with full merits and the bonus, you will get 74.67% boost to the mug amount, taking your minimum amount to 8.7335%. The bonus was applied from the back end based on my log check."
So it's plunder bonus % + merit bonus % applied to what ever percentage you happen to mug.
So in the example above the base mug % becomes 8.7335% with full 50% merit bonus and 24.67% plunder bonus.
