Edit : Joined a new race it is back to normal.

The race was finishing up when you grabbed the screenshot, it takes a few seconds to process the results and send out an Event, you are allowed to join another race while you wait. The icon remains green for these few seconds.

The race finished at 12:54 tct ,I took the screenshot at 16:32 tct
