Ah. Items that are always in demand?

Plushies, xanaxes, flowers, beers, cans, points, are always in demand and you'll usually have no issues selling them quick if you price them competitively. People use it for points, energy, and they have low prices.

In that context it would be "the demand out-weighs the supply", this means that the demand for the item is proportionally higher than the supply.

In other words, people really want the item, and there aren't many of them available.

Usually this means the item becomes expensive.
