oh he means captcha. yeah saw that problem too, but with other method it works.
there are problems worldwide and it doesn't depend on Torn.

Unfortunately the outages seen across a lot of major sites today are starting to affect some services which Torn uses. Hopefully these issues are resolved soon but until then you should be able to get through by using the text captcha.

Edit: This should be resolved now.
