This match was cancelled and I have not received an event or my money back. Niether does it show as an upcoming bet

If a postponed match is rescheduled and kicks off within 48 hours of the initial start time all bets will stand.

This means that it's possible for all bets to be held for up to 48 hours from the original start time and be voided and thus refunded after that period runs out.
