I bet tens of millions on the craps tables. I won a couple of times and decided to take my initial money and put it back in my vault. I tried to play with just my winnings and I get the following message.

My bets prior to pulling my money is greater than what I have on hand. My current bet is significantly lower than what I have on hand. If I go back into my vault, take out enough money to cover the previous bets (even thought they are no longer in play) the game accepts my roll.

If you have an active bet on the table it will not allow you to play while you don't have anough money on hand, that's not a bug.

I don't believe you actually read what I wrote. Because what you wrote is nothing like what I said. Please reopen this and investigate it as if it's a bug..
