Check the stock ROI tables in the tutorials & guides forum. (Or create your own ;))
Start looking for a stock from the top (best ROI) until you find one you can afford.
Consider selling a stock block with lower ROI to buy a better one.
Repeat.
E.g. SYM-1 is a nice first goal. But until you can afford that, you can buy TCT, GRN, LSC.
