When you go to the award section the last two honors in level are the same . May be a clerical error

How are they the same? You get 2 honors for reaching lvl 100.

The award "The whole Nine Yard" shouldn’t be when you arrive level 90?

"The whole nine yards" or "the full nine yards" is a colloquial American English phrase meaning "everything, the whole lot" or, when used as an adjective, "all the way"

You get two different honor bars for reaching Level 100. This is not a bug.
