There are three hard to get merits for having people escape from you:
Ego Smashing: 50 enemies Escape from you
Underestimated: 250 enemies Escape from you
Run Forrest Run: 1,000 enemies Escape from you

I'm open to negotiation depending on quantity purchased between 1.2m - 750k per hit if using my e.
I am in no rush and will only be reading this book once I have enough contracts to allocate 3/4 of my months e at a minimum.
