Looking for Company Image Maker

Hi ! I just started a new Clothing Store and i'm looking for someone that will make my company's image. I will pay fair price for what it's worth just send me a message before doing it and we'll see if we can have an agreement.

Nice work, but for a company banner, it needs to be 400x100 pixels.

What’s the best and easiest way to change that?
