What is the best way to gain work stats if you dont want to buy trains. I'm stuck between working at a school with the constant stat buffs or in training on rotation.

School is more efficient than waiting for your director to train you once a day or once every two days. But if you want to enter hall of fame you gotta buy trains, Its the most efficient way
You should still get into a company, the stat gains are usually higher then in Jobs.
Also you should look out for a Companie with free trains. They are needed to keep the employee effiency up so they shouldn't be too hard to find.
