I have found a bug that could be exploited to possibly prevent ODs.
I have performed it several times to confirm that it's a continuous flaw. I have yet to OD performing it. Unknown if I would prevent it or what the result would be if it happened due to performing it while in the hospital already.
White being in the hospital and have the TornPDA quick items active you are about to use consumables: xanax, lollipops, etc.
