1st point: apologize for a noob post! 2nd point: I'm renting my first PI, but can only seem to hire staff, but don't seem to have an option for upgrading facilities - is this only possible when you own one? side note: lots of PI's seem to have different happiness values, are there different levels/types of PI's you can rent? I'm renting a 2700 one for 15mil a month, but have seen ads for 4000+ at the same price of 15mil, am i being shafted in my current rental?!

yeah you can only upgrade facilities in PIs you own, as those are permanent. staff can be hired by owners or renters, as those are temporary and you can fire. the different happiness values of PIs depends on which upgrades …

the different happiness values of PIs depends on which upgrades they have (the number displayed in market doesnt account for staff as those are variable).
more happiness PIs are more expensive, so if you can find a higher happy PI for the same/lesser price, then yeah not a great deal lol
