I just retrieved the item from Duke's safe. Duke's Will doesn't show up in the Misc category even though it's showing as classed as an Other item. Other then the main list it doesn't appear anywhere else for handling, his other items have been fine in the past. First time landing the will.

Nvm can grave this, apparently 5 refreshes and a bug report has the item spawn in Misc.
You do not need 5 refreshes, the item appears in the Other Items section instantly. Closing the report.

Didn't show up instantly, went to misc to send to Duke following opening the safe, safe disappeared, will was absent. Went to main list where it was present,went back to misc and still absent. Had to load forum, make bug report and recheck items misc. list before it loaded up.
