Some say after certain stars it makes no difference
With that being said two friends of mine used it on their 10* companies during critical time.
1. When he couldn't get replacement for employee who left
2. When bunch of employees were too lazy to rehab n it was closed to big events where then company specials were super important
Idk how much it was working for them
