16% quality?? So real low DMG & ACC

That bonus on that item type might be pretty unique, but the stats look decidedly shit.

One of the best bread knifes easily worth 6B+ before RW weapons dropped, but to call it the best breadknife in Torn is a bit of a stretch, might even be one floating around with better proc than the one I posted. A bread knife is not a weapon used for damaging hits, its to set the stage on a fair fight to your advantage. You simply use it until you proc, and then switch to a real weapon like your primary, and enjoy the DOT. If we judged breadknife on damage no one would want it they would use DBK or Mac lmfao
