Once you get to level 15, you can travel to other countries to get plushies and flowers to make plushie or flower sets, you can get 10 points for each set traded to the museum (you will need to complete an education course to unlock the museum), you can also win points in the casino in the Spin the Wheel games, you can even get points by doing the 13 nerve Pawn Shop crime (but it will be difficult for you right now at your level, and even down the line, failure in this crime affects your crime experience)
Currently for you as a leaf, you can only get points by buying them on the points market or by winning them on the casino wheel (you need level 7 for that).
The way to earn points is to exchange artifacts or plushies/flowers sets on the Museum. You need an education bachelor (history) to unlock it so it will take you a long while too.
As I said at the top the best way to get them for you is to buy them. I recommend you to level up fast to lvl 15 and fly so you can afford those costs.

Points are easiest to get via buying on market, but other ways to get points:
Donating/subbing, using a DP gives you 50 points alongside the normal sub stuff (max e/ Regen/ adv search blah blah), and sub gives you 75 points for monthly or 900 points for annual subs, plus random raffles to earn points (though this is rare, Ive only won one in my 3 years of sub lol)
Exchanging sets in museum, the common one being flowers/plushies for 10 points/set, but there's other rarer sets that give more (though aren't often worth exchanging for their price) - this is increased by 10% on museum day annually
Spinning Leslie's wheels give points, but not guaranteed and you can only spin each wheel once/day
Pawn shop crime (13n), while it wrecks your CE (even in a MW as I've heard, but haven't seen solid data, hacking generally considered better anyways) gives points on success
Referrals will grant you 250 points when they reach level 10
Each comic and article submitted and accepted into the newspaper will net you 250 points if accepted
Easter egg hunt used to give points when exchanging to gold egg but it's confirmed changing for next year so nobody knows atm what it's gonna be :)
