Just wait till your energy bar naturally regens, completely free.
Aside from natural regen, there is a drug called xanax. Gives 250 every 6-8 hours and costs only around 840k. That's the best bang for your buck aside from donator pack.

As you're a level 5, I would stray away from using drugs - Xanax in particular is overpowered as it's cheap to a regular player and gives 250 energy, however for a new player, Xanax is a lot of money and you have no real way of rehabbing quickly until level 15, you don't want to have a drug addiction (the brain icon) and on the xanax cool down de-buff on your stats as levelling up on targets will be significantly harder.
Your best bet right now if your intent is to get more energy, is to join a Newspaper City Job Grocer's get promoted to manager and with the job points collect cans from it. Cans give energy depending which one you get. I would say you could join a 10 Star player owned Grocery Store but you would need work stats for that.
Your best bet otherwise is just to wait for natural energy to regen.
