If I move out of the pi that I own will it automatically evict my spouse? Thanks

But you'll have to fire all staff and pay them every time you do it, so if you do it 3 times in a day, you'll pay them 3 days worth.
People usually do this to use two or more vaults. Just make sure to do it after a 15 minute mark and get back and hire your staff again before you lose your happy. Your spouse will also lose their happy from staff if you mess up. And if you never moved back in, then you couldn't hire the pilot, so the spouse wouldn't have +10 carry.
You can keep money in multiple vaults as long as you own all the properties.

If I may add, if your spouse is the one with the PI (either owned or rented) then you can move freely from property to property without firing staff (but you still have to time your moves to maintain your happy)
