So I was always able to fly 29 items but as of late, only 28 items. Nothing has changed on my end,
why would it have changed from 29 to 28? Please assist, thank you!

Did your faction have an excursion upgrade they could've unset?

Your faction would have removed one of the travel capacity upgrades, which is resulting in reduced capacity. You can ask your leaders or in your faction chat. Nothing else has changed.

Thanks!
