Has anyone ever encountered an Error codes 2 => Incorrect Key while using a Torn API to log into Yata/Tornstats etc?

How was it resolved? Already re-created a new API key 3 times and still have the error. Have contacted YATA & Torn Staff, but problem still exists.

Help!!!
