Has there been a change to NPC loot getting to V, without being attacked? Ive never seen this before as it's normally 4 Jimmy is sitting at 5 ready to go, and 2 others are approaching 5. Is this the new norm, or has their been malfunctions unaware off, or something wrong with my PC
