It is exactly what the error says. Your IP is getting blocked temporarily because you made excessive requests to Torn, more than what normal gameplay is capable of. You need to check your extensions/scripts to make sure you don't have …

I keep getting this page. After clicking anyone once on torn website. It’s making the game unplayable. Happens both on pc in Chrome and mobile using Safari.

Is it just me? Anyone know a fix?

It is exactly what the error says. Your IP is getting blocked temporarily because you made excessive requests to Torn, more than what normal gameplay is capable of. You need to check your extensions/scripts to make sure you don't have anything which is making these requests. Disable the scripts/extensions one by one and you can zero in on what is causing the issues.
