Good day Azmodias,

There are three different stats. Work-, battle- and personalstats.
  • Battlestats: you can increase these by training in the gym. You can increase your energy by consuming xanax every time the drug cooldown expires, use energy cans, FHC or the like. But those things are probably too expensive for you right now.
  • Workstats: you can increase these by working in a job, preferably in a player run one where you get at least one train a day (or buy more, if you have the money)
  • personalstats: Torn records the personal stats of all citizens. For a majority of stats, a graph can also be viewed to evaluate change over time. These things increase by doing almost everything in the game.
Good luck!

working stats? in the city jobs they limit how quickly you can get promotions. if you already exceed the required stats then its just the job points that limit you.

in the company jobs, stats determine how effective you are at the position in the company you hold. too few stats and youre under effective, but also much better stats and you have greater effectiveness, so earning the company more money.

Happy can also effects how much gain you get from the gym. When your happy is higher, you will gain more from the energy you spend in the gym. That is why people talk about happy jumps, it allows you to grow your battlestats faster (when you are a newer player). Here's some forum posts about happy jumping, I encourage looking through the Tutorials and Guides section for the forum for more information. You may also want to research Choco jumps, they are cheaper if you're low on cash. Hope this helps. :)
