Must be a very old legacy thing there, before the items system was changed to have additional categories for items things like screwdrivers or cutthroat razors were equippable and usable weapons - when they were made enhancers specifically this was no longer possible, much to Sweeney_Todd's dismay.

This must just be one that fell through the cracks.


Looks like there are 12 instances of screwdrivers equipped in Torn, 31 instances of cut throat razors and 8 slim crowbars.
