Normally I can only use 3 Empty Blood Bags at a time, but today something seems wrong.

I used 4, and even though the logs says it subtracted the right amount of life, for some reason it did not, and it allowed me to fill 4 bags.

You has excess Life from the faction perk being reset. Any Life above maximum stays there until you lose it via Empty Bags or Attacks.
