After sending an anonymous message to someone, if you look at the message in Outbox, the name appears as "Someone" instead of the name of the person you sent the message to

That is intended to be a reminder that the message was anonymous. You can check your logs to find out who that message was sent to. If the person replies, the sender will still show as Someone, but if you open the message it will show you the actual sender name.
