Agent standing is the colored boxes that start at the bottom and go up and to the right of the pic of Duke on your mission page.

How many agents are there and when they will unlock if they exist?

There are only two active agents (George for new players, then Duke).
There are others being developed but not currently available for gameplay.

There’s also Anonymous who gets unlocked at level 5. Although he does only have one mission he’s still there :)
The other posts here are correct. Only Duke George and Anonymous are available currently. And agent standing increases as you do missions and is indicated in colour sections around the mission givers avatar on the mission pages.
Side note; Dukes agent standing currently only goes to half way. As more content is released I’m sure it will eventually go full (soonTM)

You will lose some agent standing by failing or declining a mission. Declining it upfront will lose you less standing than flat out failing it.
yea thanx. noticed that but somehow my coloured has not been moving although i have completed a number of missions. it has been frozen at half circle for quite some times.
It takes a long time to gain, and if you fail or decline contracts it lowers your agent standing. Just keep at it.
You mean the boxes? For me Duke is way above halfway.
