Currently one of the failures for the Drive-By Assassination crime hospitalizes another player at random. The problem is that it picks a player from the the vast fields containing tens of thousands of inactive accounts.
Did not know this was a consequence of failing this crime. I'll give you a R+ just because i agree, it would be entertaining to randomly catch an active player in the crossfire.

As fun as it was to run over who I think was one of Chedburn’s inactive alts, I know I would find a lot more enjoyment in knowing that I possibly just ruined some poor bastard’s happy jump.
