Hi, are we allowed to mods our weapons with 4 mods? Because i saw there are four round circles on top of our my weapon in items.
If yes, how do we go abt it?

the other 2 round circles are for other 'things' a weapon has that you can't add, but are a part of certiain weapons.
for example, the blow pipe has a circle that is for poison. although you can't add any mods to the blow pipe so maybe thats a bad example.
the flame thrower has a circle for a burning effect.
i dont know about the 4th circle. maybe for legendary weapons.

you have 2 spots for mods and two spots for perks. some weapons have perks on them.
