This has been happening for a month or so. I am on iPhone with an updated os on the Torn app however it also does it on Chrome browser on iPhone.

Screen refreshes with extreme frequency to the point where it is impossible to read. It happens especially when I scroll.

It happens in threads of forums to clarify. Especially GD and FD.
