I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled. All of a sudden I am not getting things like my factions training bonuses and things, is something wrong with tools, or is there a way for me to fix it, i tried turning off tools, reseting tools, logging out and back in... still not functioning

Can you clarify what exactly is the problem, are there items that are missing or perks/bonuses that are missing. Can you provide any evidence based on your logs about what is missing?
