Hello! So I am currently hardstuck on 150 INT, I need trains to 300 INT, to attain the medical interview. My question is how much to those trains sell for?

Trains are typically 300k-500k each. But you get stats every day holding down any job.
If you just want to do city jobs, you can just join the casino let your INT build up that way. Shouldn't take very long.
