Job Offer feature

For people who are hiring instead of asking people to send in application wouldnt it be helpful if there was something like a job offer feature where the company director can send ppl job offers?

Ofcouse for people who alrdy have jobs & people who opt out for the "job offer" feature wont be able to receive any of those offers.

can't you just send them an offer in the mail?

mm I was thinking of like where u can accept and get straight into the comp like "accept" and "decline" button will be on the offer and the user can choose else it will self expire after idk 72hours?
